As a licensed Texas alcohol retailer, we are unable to accept returns on wine once it has shipped. All sales are final.

Damages and issues

We take great care in packaging and shipping every order, but accidents happen in transit. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if anything arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, we'll notify you by email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen the refund, contact us at info@sauvignonjohn.com.
