Damages and issues:

We put the utmost care into packaging up and shipping your wines, but accidents happen from time to time. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product(s) are damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We only want the best for our SJ customer and are more than happy to help resolve any problems.

Refunds:

In the event that a refund is necessary, we will notify you once your refund has been issued. Refunds will go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at info@sauvignonjohn.com.
